Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium is one of the two most famous Muay Thai venues in Bangkok. It is the oldest and most prestigious boxing stadium in the Thai capital, opened in 1945. Commonly called by its abbreviation, Radja, it is the second largest boxing stadium in Thailand. Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium is a real institution for boxers, where many champions of Muay Thai have done their classes. The fight night event RWS (Rajadamnern World Series) on Saturday is the main Muay Thai event at the stadium. It is scheduled to start at 19:00 and last for about 3 hours. Normally, there are 7 fights on Saturday night, with the main fight of the best Thai boxers left for the end of the evening.
