MuayThai Chaiya Adult Group Class Training 1 Session

This MuayThai Chaiya adult group class offers training from basic to advanced levels. Conducted at Lumpinee Muaythai School by Thaiachira, it aims to elevate participants' skills and understanding of Muay Chaiya principles, including fighting techniques and developing an 'immovable mind'. The program covers warm-up, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, sparring, clinching, and cool down. The class includes access to trainers, boxing gloves, hand wraps, daily drinking water, shower facilities, and personal lockers. Participants must be at least 16 years old, or supervised by a parent/legal guardian if younger.
