Ghibli Live at the Palace: Studio Ghibli Concert

Experience the magic of Studio Ghibli with a live concert featuring timeless songs reimagined by a Classical Chamber Ensemble. The performances, part of a restage, will take place from January 8-10, 2027, at the beautiful Phra Thinang Thewarat Sapharom within Phaya Thai Palace. The ensemble will include piano, violin, cello, flute, harp, and percussion, blending with Thai musical influences. Expect to hear beloved melodies from films like Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Castle in the Sky, and Howl's Moving Castle, arranged by Voraprat Wongsatapornpat. Guest artists include Dr. Christopher Janwong MacDeeghan (piano), Music-Praewa Suthamphong (former BNK48 member), and the Suanplu Chorus. This event promises an enchanting evening, transforming the palace into a world of anime magic.
