Dog Day Evening

This Cantonese film with Thai and English subtitles tells the story of Tak Chai, a young man who takes employees hostage at a subscription television station's headquarters, not for money, but to cancel his membership. Chief Inspector San treats the situation as a terrorist crisis, deploying a special operations unit. However, the hostages soon find themselves united in helping Tak Chai navigate the complex cancellation process, leading to a frustrated standoff as Tak Chai demands to speak directly with the station owner.
