About This Event
Experience Muay Thai training for all levels in a single 60-minute session at Rithirit Gym Academy. This group class is led by experienced Muay Thai coaches, including ex-stadium fighters and champions, and provides full access to gym equipment. The program includes 1-on-1 training with a trainer, focusing on 4 rounds of pad work. Sessions can start anytime when students arrive, but please arrive 1.5 hours before closing time. The minimum age for participation is 16; guests under 16 require parental or legal guardian supervision for facility access and martial arts classes. Daily schedule: Mon-Sat: 06:30-09:00 (Professional), 09:00-12:00 (All level), 15:00-17:00 (Professional), 17:00-21:00 (All level). Sun: 14:00-19:00 (All level).
